Hi,
I wonder if anyone else has encountered this problem and persuaded someone in tripadvisor to assist? I booked a rental with TripAdvisor Holiday rentals in my and my girlfriends name. However the booking confirmation generated by TripAdvisor only stated my e-mail address and not the name of the guests for whom the rental was booked. Given my girlfriend requires a confirmation with her name on in order to apply for a VISA and TripAdvisor Customer Services are refusing to provide (basically can only assume they can't be bothered to help as can see no good reason why such documentation can't be provided given it was made using their system and they receive a fee for managing the transaction) wonder if anyone else has managed to obtain such documentation from the company?
Please help.
